GiViHa Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy

At GiViHa, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return or Exchange: To begin the process, please contact our Customer Service team at +91 88826 35936. or email us at V.g.exports@outlook.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Packaging Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. GiViHa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return is rejected, we will return the item(s) to you along with an explanation.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify the desired replacement item when initiating the return process.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you will be issued a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at+91 88826 35936 or V.g.exports@outlook.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- GiViHa reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria.
- For international orders, return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
