We have an excellent customer-friendly return/refund policy! 

For returns, 

  • you can either get a replacement of the same piece, 
  • exchange it for another piece, or 
  • receive a credit note added to your wallet that can be used at any time and has no expiration date.

 If you wish to return any items you purchased, please contact our customer service team at orders@giviha.com or +91 88826 35936 within 7 days of delivery, and we will begin the return process.

We prioritize the careful packaging of our products when shipping through our trusted courier partners. In the unfortunate event of damage during transit, we offer a replacement for the affected product. To initiate this process, recipients are kindly requested to provide photographic evidence of the damage within 12 hours of delivery. Our dedicated Team at GiViHa will then assess the damages and confirm the exchange.

Currently, we offer doorstep pickup for damaged products within a limited number of pincodes, subject to approval for exchange. Should it be impractical(due to some pincode issues) to arrange a reverse pickup, we kindly ask our patrons to return the damaged product via regular courier within 7 days. We offer reimbursement for shipping charges up to INR 100.

Please note: Products returned without prior consent from Team GiViHa will not be eligible for replacement.

Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will promptly send a replacement. In the event that the same product is unavailable for shipment, we will issue you a "Credit Note / Coupon" which can be redeemed against any of our products. Rest assured, the credit note / coupon has no expiry date. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.

In the rare instance where an order is placed but the product is unavailable due to inventory mismatch, our team will notify the buyer accordingly. The buyer has the option to select an alternative item of the same value, receive a credit note for the amount, or opt for a full refund via the original mode of payment.

We are unable to exchange jewelry creations damaged after purchase during any trials.

When can I expect to receive the exchanged item?

Once the item dispatched from your end arrives at our center in Jaipur, the replacement product will be shipped out to you. It will reach you within our standard delivery time, typically 5 working days for domestic shipments. If there is any additional time required, we will notify you in advance.



Refund For Bulk Buyers

 

Once products are sold in bulk, they cannot be returned or exchanged, and refunds are not available. However, we are committed to providing exceptional service and will gladly discuss the terms and conditions of your order in detail. Additionally, we offer sample shipments for all designs. Upon your approval, we proceed with the full shipment to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
