Orders in India are typically delivered within 4-7 business days.

We have an excellent customer-friendly return/refund policy! 

For returns, 

• you can either get a replacement of the same piece, 
• exchange it for another piece, or 
• receive a credit note added to your wallet that can be used at any time and has no expiration date.

 All shipments will be adequately insured and will have tracking information provided to ensure the safe delivery of your valuable jewelry.

Shipping Policy for Bulk Purchase Clients

We usually ship orders in 2-4 weeks depending on the quantity of your order. We provide tracking details of your order soon after the dispatching process.

We ship worldwide with most established courier companies such as FedEx and DHL.

Tax and Custom Duty for International Orders

Please note that our prices exclude any custom or other applicable tax charges. Depending on the destination, these charges will be borne by the customer.

Transit Insurance and Packaging

GiViHa By VG Exports ensures your order insurance until it reaches you. However, in case of exchange or return, the customer shall insure the shipment.

All the packaging is done with utmost care to keep the products safe.
